Feng
Shui provides us with the tools to create balance and harmony
amidst the elements of our lives. It is a combination of
both science and art, and is based on principles of design
and ecology that allow for the proper placement of buildings
and objects in our space, ultimately creating the proper flow
of chi (energy) in our inner and outer worlds.
A
typical feng shui consultation lasts between three and five
hours. As part of the process, I look to learn from
you which areas of your life are doing well and which areas
need adjustment. Typical questions may include how long you
have lived in your space and what has transpired in your
life since moving onto the site.
The
history of the site is important in determining
the events that have repeated there. Predecessor energy or
the repeated events that continue in a space are essential
in determining what type of space
clearing may be needed.
The
shape of the land and the grid of the bagua are then
assessed for any discrepancies or negative energy patterns.
At
this point I will make recommendations to correct any imbalances. "Cures" are
used in Feng Shui to correct missing or imbalanced areas.
We are all made up of five elements: water, wood, fire, metal,
and earth. We feel most at peace, "at home" in
beautiful places in nature: by a stream, in a meadow, on
a mountain. By inviting the elements of nature into your
home or workplaceby bringing nature indoorswe
interconnect with the natural world. Working to blend the
elements in Feng Shui is key to harmony and balance.
We
tend to have everything we need but it's usually in the wrong
place. By working with the bagua or grid, I can
assist you to be aware of the places in your home that speak
to you, so you can continue to understand what your environment
is saying and how you are responding. There is an old Chinese
proverb: "Your home is always talking to you: make sure
it has nice things to say." We work together to assist
with your desired intentions.
Feng
shui can be used when designing a new home, when remodelling
a space, moving into a new space, or redecorating your home. In real estate, the three most important things are "Location,
location, location." In Feng Shui, the three most important
things are "Intention, intention, intention." Objects
in our home are used as a focal point to direct your energy
towards a particular goal.
Feng
Shui is a powerful tool for personal transformation as
it creates an awareness of your inner world and can serve
to assist you in paying attention to the subtle energies
around you. (A follow-up phone consult is included
with consultation.)
I
also have another way of working with you: I do individual
consultations combining Feng Shui and the soul
coaching program. This includes a five-week visit
in which the soul coaching program and the energies of the
home are worked with together. I will assess any problems
in the home that may inhibit the flow of chi that may block
you from fully receiving the benefits of the program. Five
weekly visits that combine the soul coaching, feng shui and
space clearing program are made while you are doing the soul
coaching program.
The
energy is then aligned in a way that flows and you can then
expect to experience phenomenal changes and results in the
intentional desires of your life. We end with the final
clearing leaving you feeling clear and energized and ready
to be aligned with your true purpose: at that point your
home or office space will truly support your desired intentions.
When the space is aligned with our wishes it supports us
in ways that are truly miraculous.
